- Maple Ridge detached conditions were buyer-leaning at a 9.4% sales-to-active ratio, while townhomes were firmer at 23.8%.
- Pitt Meadows townhomes were the strongest segment at 29.4%, while detached and condos were softer.
- Benchmark prices were lower year over year across all three property types in both communities.
