Listings change constantly: properties sell, prices are adjusted, and listings are withdrawn or expire, so what you see may not reflect current availability.

Any information that matters to your decision should be verified independently and, where appropriate, with the right professionals — a lawyer or notary, a mortgage professional, a licensed inspector, an appraiser, a surveyor, the local municipality, the strata corporation, or the applicable regulatory authority. 4. Embedded MLS® search and listing data

The listing search tools on this site are embedded and displayed through RealtyNinja, our website and search technology provider. The underlying listing content may be supplied through participating real estate boards and associations and through CREA's REALTOR.ca Data Distribution Facility (DDF®), and is owned by the listing brokerages and the applicable boards or associations.

Coverage depends on what those sources make available: the search may not include every listing in every market, some listings may not be displayed at the request of the listing brokerage or seller, and data may be delayed or temporarily unavailable while feeds refresh. For the most complete public picture of a market, also review REALTOR.ca or contact us directly.

5. Market reports and statistics

Market statistics on this site are informational and historical. Embedded statistics are published by Greater Vancouver REALTORS® through its Stats Centre, and other figures may originate with CREA or the applicable board or association. Those organizations, not Brookside, are the source of that data and control how and when it is updated.

Statistics describe past activity across an area and do not predict future prices or indicate the value of any particular property. They are not an appraisal or an opinion of value. For a current, property-specific assessment, speak with us directly.

6. Intellectual property and permitted use

The original content on this site — our written guides, page copy, photography, layout, design and brand elements — belongs to Brookside Realty or our licensors. Third-party trademarks, listing data, statistics, articles and widgets remain the property of their respective owners.

You may view, download and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, redistribute, scrape, systematically download, resell, frame or create derivative works from this site or the data displayed on it without our written permission and, where the material belongs to a third party, theirs.
