For Pitt Meadows Landlords & Property Owners
Pitt Meadows Property Management
Licensed residential rental management for Pitt Meadows owners — tenant placement and screening, rent collection, documented inspections, maintenance coordination, monthly statements and BC tenancy compliance, from Royal LePage Brookside Realty.
Who This Is For
This page is for owners of a single rental property in Pitt Meadows — a detached house, a home with a suite, a townhome or a condominium apartment — who would rather hand the tenancy to a licensed brokerage than run it themselves. Royal LePage Brookside Realty has served the Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows market since 1982, and property management is a licensed service of the brokerage.
Brookside handles tenant placement and screening, rent collection, documented condition inspections, maintenance coordination, monthly owner reporting and Residential Tenancy Act compliance. Buying, selling and management all happen under one roof, so the same team that can tell you what your property is worth also advises on what it should rent for.
Our office is at 11933 224th Street in Maple Ridge and the phone is answered by a person during business hours: 604-467-5000. If your rental is in Maple Ridge instead, start with our Maple Ridge property management page.

Managing Rentals in Pitt Meadows
A small, largely individually owned rental market immediately west of our office.
Most rental property in Pitt Meadows is owned individually rather than by large institutional landlords: a detached home, a house with a secondary suite, a townhome in a smaller complex, or a condominium apartment. Each of those is managed differently. Strata rules affect what a tenant may do and how move-ins are scheduled; a suited house involves shared services and neighbours under one roof; a detached home puts yard, roof and drainage maintenance in play.
That mix is the practical case for a nearby manager. Showings, inspections, key handovers, meeting a trade at the door and attending when something goes wrong all require someone who can actually be there. Brookside works from 11933 224th Street in Maple Ridge, minutes east of Pitt Meadows, with local staff and local trades.

MLS® Exposure for Pitt Meadows Rentals
As licensed real estate professionals and real estate board members, Brookside can offer owners the option of advertising eligible rental properties through the MLS® system, in addition to the usual rental advertising channels.
That puts the rental in front of Realtors and prospective tenants searching MLS®-connected platforms — an option many property-management-only companies cannot provide, because they are not board members.
MLS® advertising is recommended only where it is appropriate for the property, the rental strategy and the tenant you are trying to attract, and where the property is eligible.
What Owners Can Expect
From first conversation to the end of a tenancy.
1. Rental assessment
You send the property details or call the office. We review comparable rentals and the property itself, then give you a realistic rent range and a written fee quote.
2. Management agreement
If it is a fit, we prepare the management agreement setting out the services, fees and your maintenance approval limit before any work begins.
3. Marketing and tenant placement
We prepare and advertise the rental — with MLS® exposure where eligible and appropriate — show it, screen applicants and recommend a tenant to you.
4. Move-in
We prepare a BC-compliant tenancy agreement, collect the deposit and first rent, and complete a documented move-in condition inspection with the tenant.
5. Ongoing management
Rent collection, tenant communication, maintenance coordination, required notices, rent-increase tracking and monthly owner statements.
6. End of tenancy
Notice handled correctly, a documented move-out inspection, deposit handling under the Act, any work needed to return the home to rentable condition, then re-marketing.
