What the Archived MLS Records Establish
Evidence: archived contemporaneous MLS® records
Archived MLS® records identify BROADVIEW DEV. LTD. / Broadview Developments Ltd. as the seller and Royal LePage Brookside Realty, with Jim Isherwood shown on the listing side and in the listing contact information, for multiple original Meadowview Estates sales in 2003.
The surviving examples reviewed for this record include units 9, 11, 12 and 13. They document Brookside and Jim’s listing-side involvement in those original sales. They are not presented as proof of every unit, every transaction or a complete project sellout.

Direct Development Ownership
Evidence: owner-provided first-party project history
Jim Isherwood was a 50% owner/director of Broadview Developments Ltd. with one partner. That places his Meadowview Estates role on both sides of the project: direct participation through the development company and documented listing-side work through Royal LePage Brookside Realty.
The roles are stated separately because the companies performed different functions. Broadview Developments Ltd. was the developer and seller identified in the archived MLS® records. Royal LePage Brookside Realty was the listing brokerage for the documented original sales.
Nicole Isherwood’s Development Administration Role
Evidence: owner-provided first-party project history
Nicole Isherwood handled development financial administration for Meadowview Estates. Her work included invoices and payments, quantity-surveyor reporting, construction-loan administration, GST, and communications with the project’s tax accountant.
This was project-side administrative work rather than a claim that the archived MLS® records identify Nicole as the seller or listing representative. It documents the practical financial coordination required behind a new-construction development.
Development and New-Construction Experience
Meadowview Estates is a documented Pitt Meadows example of the Isherwoods’ experience extending beyond resale brokerage. The record brings together direct development-company ownership, financial administration, and original new-home listing and sales work.
This historical experience informs Brookside’s present work with landowners, developers and buyers, while current projects and transactions are assessed on their own documents and circumstances. Review Brookside’s broader projects and sales history, its development and commercial real estate guidance, or Jim and Nicole Isherwood’s team background.
Evidence Boundaries
Brookside’s project archive records Meadowview Estates as a 48-townhome community. The identified MLS® examples independently document four original sales in 2003; those four records are not used to infer the total number of sales, a complete sales period, or representation of every home.
This case study does not state sale prices, buyer identities, construction specifications, approval history or project dates beyond the documented 2003 examples. No surviving project image has been approved for display, so the page does not use a stock or scraped substitute.
